Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information; maintaining records required by law; reviewing documents before signing; and asking questions about anything unclear.
Professional standards
We aim to provide services with professional care and in line with relevant Australian accounting, tax, regulatory, privacy, and ethical obligations.
Fees and payment
Fees depend on the complexity and time required for each engagement. Fee estimates or pricing details should be confirmed before work begins where possible.
Confidentiality
Client information is treated as confidential and disclosed only with consent, where needed to deliver services, or where required by law or regulation.
Limitations and changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
